What is the warranty period for medical devices?
The warranty period for a particular model is specified in the warranty card. Usually, LD medical equipment has a warranty period of at least 12 months from the date of the retail sale.
What conditions must be met in order to fulfill the warranty obligations?
The warranty does not cover goods that are out of order and/or have received defects due to:
• misapplication;
• careless use resulting in mechanical damage;
• modifications; opening up and/or repair by an unauthorized organization (individual);
• violation of operation and/or storage and/or transportation rules;
• actions of third parties or force majeure.
The warranty does not cover batteries for electronic devices. To receive warranty service, you need to provide a warranty card. Warranty cards are not accepted if they are not completed, or are not completely filled out by the seller, are with erasures and corrections.
